WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY 

As the Marketing Officer, you will provide event, project and administrative support to a range of projects/activities thus, helping the team to deliver successfully to its goals.  The focus of your role will be on ensuring internal meetings and events and related travel and logistics are well-managed, people and programme knowledge and data is gathered, recorded and shared effectively. You will also have to regularly check if the internal SharePoint/TeamSite is up-to-date, marketing support documentation is registered and maintained at all times, and data is collated and cleansed as required.

WHAT IS INTERESTING ABOUT IT 

You will have the opportunity to play a key role between Marketing team members and major stakeholder groups in East Asia. You will also be exposed in various works that improve the visibility and wider impact of Marketing through internal communications and co-ordination between the programme and wider British Council regional and global teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

It is essential that you have an undergraduate degree and a minimum of one to two years of relevant work experience in project or programme management in NGO, not for profit, or enterprise. It is also preferred if you have an experience of working with Marketing and/or Corporate Communications teams.
