Working closely with the Branch Manager you will be responsible to execute Sales and Customer Management strategies for the Branch.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT/TEAM
Singapore is part of the East Asia region. British Council Singapore is one of the largest in the British Council’s global network with thousands of adults and young learners studying with us at any one time. We also have a large examinations operation facilitating the taking of UK examinations. In addition, we have enquiries on our educational and arts services. Our customers engage with us face-to-face, online, through email and via the phone, and as a result we have a large Sales & Customer Management team to ensure an efficient level of service.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY
Working closely with the Branch Manager you will be responsible to execute Sales and Customer Management strategies for the Branch. You will build and lead Sales, Customer Management and Finance/Admin duties in the Branch delivering KPIs and first-class customer care to all our new and existing customers for English courses and Exams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You should bring with you a minimum of 3 years working experience in a B2C sales and/or customer service team, preferably in the education industry and display evidence of frontline customer management experience, including complaint handling.
You should possess a diploma in any discipline and have a good command of English.
