As Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible:

  • To work closely with the Branch Manager to execute Sales and Customer Management strategies for the Branch. 
  •  To build and lead Sales, Customer Management and Finance/Admin duties in the Branch deliver KPIs and first-class customer care to all our new and existing customers for English courses and Exams. 
  • To monitor and improve service standards across all activities. 
  • To proactively engage with internal stakeholders to ensure KPIs and business needs are met.

Role overview

As an Assistant Operations Manager, your main responsibility is: 

  • To work closely with the Branch Manager to execute Sales and Customer Management strategies for the Branch. 
  • To build and lead Sales, Customer Management and Finance/Admin duties in the Branch deliver KPIs and first-class customer care to all our new and existing customers for English courses and Exams. 
  • To monitor and improve service standards across all activities. 
  • To proactively engage with internal stakeholders to ensure KPIs and business needs are met.
  • To be considered a successful candidate, you must have minimum 3 years working experience in a B2C sales and/or customer service team, preferably in the education industry with customer service management experience, including complaint handling.
