We aim to bring flexibility in time, place, path and pace of learning journeys using digital technologies, eLearning principles and blended learning models.

Blended Face-to-face and online
A blend can be a combination of any number of our online modules supported by either face-to-face or online synchronous sessions. Our programmes can be delivered from zero to 100 per cent online using a range of video conferencing tools.
Online Self-access and trainer-moderated online modules
Our fully online programmes are delivered on the British Council LMS in partnership with the Professional Skills. These courses contain interactive content, articles, videos and quizzes. There are discussion forums in these courses where participants can share their ideas with each other. The following online courses are available: Better Emails, Intercultural Fluency, Networking and Relationship Building, Delivering Service Excellence, Success with Presentations.
Content Development Instructional design projects
Our Blended Learning Team work with clients to support them with digitising their in-house training courses. This includes developing fresh content for online delivery and modularising your existing training content with online instructional design principles.

Client testimonial

"The collaboration between the Singapore Academy of Law and the British Council Professional Development Centre over the past three years has been an enriching one. The SAL's Legal Industry Framework for Training and Education (LIFTED) champions diverse and lively learning alongside the development of deep technical expertise. British Council is a valued partner in helping us develop effective T-shaped legal and legal support professionals. We have learnt much from each other in the process and I look forward to more good work together as we continue on this legal learning journey."
