STEP 1 - CONTACT
You can contact the Professional Training Centre by email, telephone or by filling in the enquiry form. We will contact you within three working days after receiving your enquiry.

STEP 2 - DISCUSSION
Set a date for a face-to-face meeting at your premises. At this stage, we will establish your needs and suggest relevant training options.
STEP 3 - PROPOSAL
We will produce a proposal containing the course outline, suggested course timings and costing.
STEP 4 - CONTRACT
For government organisations or your own unique procurement system we will sign your local order or submit a tender.
If you are a private company then we will issue a contract.
The emphasis in this process is firmly on communication so that we can design the course your organisation wants and needs.
