The ability to influence the people we work with has become an increasingly important skill. While we often have no formal authority to achieve what is necessary, it is possible to influence others to make things happen. Through eight modules, this course will show you how to sell your ideas, win resources and persuade others to take action. Your trainer will use interactive scenarios, self-reflection and a range of practical activities, to help you explore ways to influence and better communicate with others, even in challenging situations.
