In 2018, as part of British Council’s wider Inclusive Arts campaign, we are presenting ‘Breathe’ by Andy Serkis, at the 28th European Union Film Festival. The film will be accessible to viewers with hearing impairments via subtitles.

Inspired by the true story of Robin Cavendish, a handsome, brilliant and adventurous young man whose life takes a dramatic turn when polio leaves him paralysed.
