The Economics of Happiness: Bosses, Productivity, and Job Satisfaction - An Introduction to the Scientific Evidence
This lecture will describe new evidence on the enormous influence of bosses, and the way they behave, upon employees' productivity and job satisfaction in the workplace. It will cover evidence from many nations. The lecture will be in non-technical language and will leave much time for open discussion from the floor.
