Recent worldwide movements have brought attention to issues all too commonly faced in the workplace. But is a growth in awareness enough to generate meaningful change across management?

Now in its third year, the UoL Thought Leadership panel discussion brings together its network of alumni, staff and friends to debate topics pertinent to the working landscape of Singapore and the world at large. Our panel this year will focus on how diversity is a key element of successful leadership, tying in with worldwide movements to bring attention to issues of diversity and equality, and UoL’s Leading Women initiative - which celebrates 150 years since becoming the first University to allow women in Britain access to higher education.

Admission is free, but places must be reserved in advance.
