“Singapore companies urged to introduce flexible work arrangements to enhance productivity” 2013/2014 Randstad World of Work Report: Talent Strategy Game-Changer Series

Are you a line manager or do you lead an HR team that has had challenges in either writing a flexible working policy or implementing one?

Join us on 5 March 2015, 2pm-5pm. There will be a panel discussion with industry leaders to examine how to formulate and implement a flexible working strategy that increases productivity. This will be followed by a networking session.

We have put together a panel of leading experts that will tackle this increasingly important subject and you will also have the opportunity to ask questions relevant to your organisation.

We have 5 distinguished panellists that will include:

  • Mr Gaurav Sharma, HR Director, Coca Cola
  • Ms Sarah Wazirzada, Asia-Pacific Diversity Inclusiveness Consultant and Asean Diversity & Inclusiveness Leader, EY
  • Mr Roland Davies Director Singapore British Council

The moderator will be Shubha Narayanan who is the Managing Partner for HR Strategies. Shubha has over 20 years consulting experience and has helped organisations redesign jobs and implement alternative work arrangements. 

The discussion is free to attend but is limited to 50 places and will be done on first come first serve basis. Tea, Coffee and snacks will be available.
