A Dedicated Exams Customer Service

We have a dedicated Exams Customer Services team in operation at our Napier Road centre to serve you better. For exams-related enquiries, in-person registration and exam certificate collection, our operating hours are as follows:

Follow these simple steps to complete your registration:

Step 1

Download and complete the registration form at the bottom of the page.

Step 2

In accordance with Cambridge English Language Assessment regulations, candidates registering for the following exams will be required to have a passport-style photograph taken on the day of either the speaking test or the written test:

  • Cambridge English: First (FCE)
  • Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE)
  • Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE)

Consent from candidates or parent/guardian will be sought on the registration form prior to the exam. Test Day Photography is compulsory for all candidates.

Step 3

Submit the completed application form, together with a copy of your Singapore NRIC/Passport for International Student and make payment to the British Council.

  • To submit and pay in person, please visit our Napier Road Centre. You can pay by cash, credit card (except AMEX), cheque or NETS.
  • To submit and pay by post, please mail the application form and attached a Singapore cheque (payable to "British Council (Singapore) Limited") to British Council, 30 Napier Road, Singapore 258509.

All candidates, irrespective of disability, will be assessed fairly and objectively. Please inform us at least three months before registration/you pay your exam fees of any candidates who require special arrangements. Please submit any relevant supporting materials (such as medical report) during registration. You will need to provide a medical report issued within the last two years.
