Coaching skills are an essential part of any manager’s toolkit. They help to develop relationships with your team, promote an action-based approach to dealing with challenges and encourage reflection and growth.

This is a hands-on workshop which uses case studies, discussions and interactive tasks to help you develop your coaching skills. You will also role play two coaching conversations and receive feedback on your performance.
