Role overview
British Council Singapore is currently looking for Account Relationship Manager to join our expanding Examinations team.
Reporting into Business Development Manager, you will build relationships, identify needs and enhance opportunities with key accounts to meet business related targets. You are also required proactively resolve issues, add value and ensure delivery on expectations. On a daily basis the role executes the country key account strategy and plan.
You can take pride in the fact that you will understand and foresee country conditions to spot and act on opportunities. You will provide timely feedback on commercial planning scenario’s that have changed. You will achieve sales/account targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
To be shortlisted for this role, you will have:
- Experience of managing relationships with account clients
- Proven experience of building relationships, identifying needs and enhancing opportunities with key accounts to meet business related targets
- Designing and implementing business development or marketing plans in an education sector context
