WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY
The postholder will handle a variety of personnel-related administrative duties and act as a liaison between HR and Teaching Centre employees; also in helping staff members for their mobility process to Singapore which include flight booking, management of accommodation and deal with related vendor. The post holder will play a huge part in supporting the smooth running in resources allocation and administration duties.
WHAT IS INTERESTING ABOUT IT
You will be the point-of-contact for enquiries related to visas, pay-point increase, benefits and staff development. This means you will handle confidential information in accordance to compliance standards.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You should have a diploma in Business Administration or relevant area with at least 2 years of working experience. It would be advantageous if you have experience working with the expatriate staff. You will be required to work on irregular hours and weekends.
