Role overview
The British Council supports a range of organisations and individuals in English language teaching and other subjects, with customers and students of all ages. In this permanent job as Contracts Administrative Executive you will focus on supporting a department with its financial and administrative work, including:
Creating and sending invoices, as well as ensuring payment and progress tracking
- Vendor creation and IT work
- Liaising with customers and answering their queries and communication
- Tracking income and the scheduling of courses
- Conducting scorecarding exercises and gathering of feedback from customers
Ideally, you will have at least one-to-two years of practical administration and finance experience in a similar role. Education to a degree or diploma level is desirable.
