Customer Management Executive, Examinations

Purpose of job:

To ensure a high quality and efficient integrated customer service experience for customers meeting all British Council Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction. By converting enquiries into sales and support the wider exams team in achieving its annual business targets.

Context and environment:

The British Council delivers over 3,000,000 UK exams worldwide in over 850 cities and towns. The East Asia region includes Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Burma and Thailand. Together these countries deliver over 260,000 exams annually. In a number of places, we work in a very competitive environment.

In Singapore, the British Council provides customers with examinations services for a range of exams including BC Tests, IELTS, Professional and Academic examinations to various universities and professional institutions. Our objectives are to continue to build our market position in Singapore and to offer customers a high-quality experience that supports our mission and values.
