Role overview
We are looking for two Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to be based in Singapore.
You will support the Financial Planning and Analysis Lead in providing professional guidance and support in any aspect linked with planning, forecasting and monitoring performance against targets. You will be part of the FP&A team that may be dispersed across the region to deliver direct and effective support to Regional SBU Leads by providing assurance on the integrity of our financial management reports and confirming the accuracy of our reports on business performance.
You will be in charge of analysing and interpreting long and short term financial and operational plans as well as business performance against targets through management reporting, including the analysis and interpretation of financial trends, variance analysis and financial impact assessment.
To be successful, you should bring along a minimum two years of experience in operational financial management and/or management accounting. You should be able to demonstrate successful delivery of results within a complex international structure and reporting to tight deadlines. You are at least part qualified with a recognised accounting body and have experience working in virtual teams with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-
finance people, using non-technical language. You should possess ERP systems experience (transaction level and reporting) and advanced excel skills including pivot tables.
