Recruitment Consultant for International Postings PB7 Global Exercise, Singapore
You will be working within the Regional Recruitment Team and with close links to the English and Exams Strategic Business Unit and Talent & Development Centre of Expertise teams in the UK to ensure consistency and best practice is achieved. This role works closely with hiring managers, SBU managers and regional and corporate HR teams to support the delivery of the annual international postings process for Band 7 rotational postings.

Role overview
Support the planning and delivery of the Band 7 International Postings Exercise by:
- Advising managers on best practice and support them through the International Postings process
- Supporting on job description consistency and quality assurance process and challenge on aspects of roles where required
- Receiving applications, advice to candidates where requested, ensuring compliance to documentation requirements
- Being the first point of contact for candidates and guide and support them through the process.
- Managing candidates
- Preparing and scheduling candidate briefing webinars and coordinate the delivery of these with the corporate HR Teams.
- Undertaking long-listing activities where agreed, against an agreed criteria
- Arranging and managing the process of shortlisting by scheduling shortlisting panels, producing shortlisting packs online, and tracking outcomes. Work with client group to ensure proper assessment against stated criteria, timely communications and management of records
- Managing interviews
To be considered for this role, the minimum English proficiency level would be at (B2 Aptis, IELTS 6.5 or equivalent) with experience of working in a fast paced environment working to short deadlines. Experience of delivering end to end recruitment, providing advice, guidance and where needed, challenges to client groups is required. It is essential to be comfortable engaging with candidates and colleagues at all levels, including strong self-management – prioritisation and delivery of objectives against varying deadlines and activities.
Interviews will likely be held a week or two after ad closes.
