Workshops
Maximising effective interpersonal communication with AI | Participants are presented with a case study of an audience, and a message they must communicate. After considering how they would approach this, the trainer introduces the 'PREP' technique. Participants provide details of the audience and the PREP technique to an AI, and then evaluate the output - how effective is it? What would they keep/change? |
Teaching AI to use professional negotiating techniques | Participants are given a case study and use AI to generate a negotiation strategy. The trainer presents the 'BATNA' technique and guides the participants on how to prompt AI to generate a new negotiation strategy using BATNA. Finally, participants compare their original AI-assisted negotiation approach with the BATNA approach and consider some of its advantages. |
How to improve emails produced by AI | Participants examine two model emails and identify which one is produced by AI. They consider the potential negative impacts of receiving an AI-generated email, and what could be done to improve it. The trainer introduces the '6 Cs' approach and together, participants use this to identify what improvements they could make to the AI-generated email. |
