Access your information on the British Council test taker portal

You can access all the information relating to your IELTS test in the Test Taker Portal including:

  • your IELTS test booking
  • your test date 
  • your venue details for the IELTS Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking sections (available five days before your IELTS test)
  • your IELTS fee payment information in Singapore
  • your contact information
  • your IELTS exam results
  • access to IELTS Ready Premium, a course of exclusive IELTS preparation material
  • contact information for the British Council.

To login, simply enter your IELTS Reference Number and email on the test taker login page:

You will find your IELTS Reference Number in the confirmation email you received from the test centre.
