The Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) assessments are computer-delivered English Language literacy and numeracy assessments developed by the British Council, in collaboration with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). They are used to assess English Language literacy in Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing, and Numeracy ability.
Important Notice: Lift Replacement Work at British Council (Napier Road)
Please be informed that lift replacement work will be carried out from 27 January 2026 to 10 March 2026 during office hours.
While the works are scheduled after office hours, access to our testing rooms on Level 3 will only be via the stairwell during this period.
If you are physically unable to climb stairs, please contact our team via sgexamteam@britishcouncil.org.sg in advance for assistance. We will do our best to make alternative arrangements for you.
