What is Digital Fashion Week?

Digital Fashion Week is the world's first live streaming fashion week, collaborating with key partners YouTube, Google+ and Twitter to bring the latest fashion to consumers in real-time.

Online viewers worldwide are able to watch live full fashion week action and gain front row access to the world of fashion. Viewers can also interact instantly with DFW via all major social networking platforms.

Digital Fashion Week’s debut edition, Digital Fashion Week Singapore, had its debut 20-22 October 2012, with supermodel Andrej Pejic, fashion icon Patricia Field, America’s Next Top Model cycle 18 winner Sophie Sumner and China fashion designer Guo Pei alongside six Singapore fashion designer labels.

Digital Fashion Week and the British Council

Through the collaboration with the British Council for Digital Fashion Week Singapore – British Exchange, Singapore’s fashion industry has been elevated internationally.

The partnership between Digital Fashion Week and the British Council is an excellent opportunity to explore new ways of connecting and communicating through arts, as well as enabling the rich mix of cultural relations between Britain and Singapore.

The collaboration has proven to provide an unprecedented access to fashion by presenting designers in a way that is relevant to our digital generation, by reaching and inspiring new audiences, thereby deepening impact of work in creative industries.
